From first layout to final finish

We begin with the plan of the space, developing layouts that suit the architecture of the property and the way you intend to live in it. From there we design the lighting and switching, position power and data, select flooring and surface materials.

We work with skilled joiners and makers to design bespoke cabinetry, from dressing rooms and kitchens to media walls and built-in storage, with each piece drawn for your rooms and finished to your specification.

Our single-source procurement gives you access to our network of suppliers across the UK and Europe. We source furniture, lighting and finishes for the scheme, place and manage every order, and pass on trade pricing where our terms allow.

Throughout the build we liaise with your architect, builder and trades, so that what is installed is what was designed. Once the work is complete, we can help with the finishing touches, from soft furnishings and art to the smallest accessory, so that the home feels finished the day you move back in.

We begin with a conversation about your home, your plans for it and how you live, either online or in person.

Concept

We develop the layout, lighting, joinery and finishes into a complete scheme, presented with mood boards and 3D visuals for your review.

Drawings and specification

You receive a full set of design drawings and a specification for every element, ready for your architect, builder and trades to price and work from.

Procurement

We source and order the furniture, materials and finishes, managing lead times and deliveries to site.

Installation and handover

We stay in contact with your team through the build, and remain on hand once you are back in your home.

Renovation Design Questions Answered

  • Do you only work on full home renovations?

    Not at all. We design for projects of all sizes, whether it is a single room renovation, an extension, or a complete home redesign. If your project needs detailed layouts, joinery, and design support, this service is for you.

  • Can I use this service if I already have a builder or architect?

    Yes. We often collaborate with architects, builders, and trades. Our role is to provide the full interior vision including spatial planning, lighting design, bespoke joinery, and FF&E so everything works beautifully together.

  • Do you manage the renovation process?

    We do not offer full project management, but we liaise with your team to make sure our designs are implemented correctly. We are here to guide and support you throughout.

  • Do you offer this service outside of London?

    Yes. We work with clients across the UK. We offer virtual consultations and can also arrange in person site visits in certain locations.

  • How much does the service cost?

    Pricing depends on the scope of your renovation. Once we have reviewed your floor plan and design brief, we provide a tailored quote.
