About Frances

The person who keeps everything moving

Frances joined House Designer full time in 2023 and has become the heart of the client experience. She is usually the first person you speak to and the one who checks in along the way, answering questions, keeping timelines on track and making sure nothing sits waiting on someone’s desk. Clients often tell us the process felt easy. That is usually Frances.

Once a design is finished, she helps clients bring it home. She sources trade items at trade prices, handles orders and schedules deliveries, so the sofa, the lighting or the plants actually arrive when they should. It is the unglamorous part of interior design that makes all the difference, and she is brilliant at it.

Frances also works on House Designer’s marketing, from our newsletter and social media to interviews with founders and features about our design packages. If you have read something of ours and it made you smile, there is a good chance she had a hand in it.
