Share your brief and meet your designer

After booking, you will complete our garden design brief to tell us about your space, budget, and how you would like to use your garden. You will then meet Mirela, your garden designer in a relaxed video consultation to talk through your ideas and priorities before design work begins.

In-person site surveys can be arranged in London and the surrounding areas for an additional fee.

Step 3

Design development and 3D visuals

Your designer develops the garden layout, structure, and planting, refining the design based on your feedback. You will be able to review drawings and 3D visuals to clearly see how your garden will look and function before the design is finalised.

Step 4

Final design and next steps

You will receive your complete garden design package, including scaled plans, planting schemes, and guidance to help you move forward. If you wish, we can also support you with plant ordering and post-design advice as you bring the garden to life.

The initial enquiry link is easy to use and allows upload of garden pictures. A Zoom call to discuss design ideas and needs was arranged quickly.

Can garden design be done online?

Yes. We bring professional planting plans, layouts and 3D visuals to gardens across the UK, on a flat fee from £399. You work directly with our own garden designers to create a space that suits your plot, your climate and how you want to use it, whether it’s a small courtyard or a full garden redesign.
How much does your garden design package cost?

Our packages start at £399 for a planting plan, £899 for a full design of gardens up to 350m², and £1,295 for larger or more complex gardens up to 650m². Each is a fixed fee, and every package includes trade discounts. There’s a fuller breakdown of garden design costs in the UK, including how other designers charge and what affects the price.
What information will my garden designer need?

To create an accurate and tailored garden design, we will ask for basic measurements or a simple sketch of your garden, photos of the space from different angles, style inspiration from Pinterest or Instagram, details of any plants or furniture you would like to keep, notes on garden access, utilities and sun exposure, and optionally your soil type to help us recommend the right plants.

You can upload everything easily through our design questionnaire once your package is confirmed.
How long does the garden design process take?

You will receive your initial design concept within 7 -10 working days after your consultation.

The full design process typically takes three to four weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your garden and the timing of feedback. Our designers work efficiently while allowing time to carefully resolve each detail.
Do you offer in-person garden surveys?

In most cases, a site survey is not required. Our designs are created using the information you provide, which is sufficient for layout planning and planting design.

If you would prefer an in-person experience, we also offer a site survey and garden design consultation in London and surrounding areas, priced from £299. This option is ideal for clients who would like on-site guidance before moving forward.
Can I use my own landscaper?

Yes. Your design comes ready to hand to any landscaper, so you can get quotes from builders you trust. If you’re unsure who does what, the difference between a garden designer and a landscaper explains it.
Can I implement my garden design in stages?

Yes. Many clients choose to implement their garden design in phases. Our designs are created to work as a complete plan, while still allowing you to carry out the work gradually, whether that means starting with planting, layout changes, or specific areas of the garden.
