How it Works
Our Garden Design Process
STEP 1
Choose your Design Package
Explore our range of garden design packages, created for different garden sizes and project needs. Once you’ve selected the right package, you can move forward knowing the level of support is clear from the start.
After booking, you’ll complete our garden design brief to tell us about your space, budget, and how you’d like to use your garden. You’ll then meet your garden designer in a relaxed video consultation to talk through your ideas and priorities before design work begins.
In-person site surveys can be arranged for an additional fee.
Design Development and 3D visuals
Your designer develops the garden layout, structure, and planting, refining the design based on your feedback. You’ll be able to review drawings and 3D visuals to clearly see how your garden will look and function before the design is finalised.
You’ll receive your complete garden design package, including scaled plans, planting schemes, and guidance to help you move forward. If you wish, we can also support you with plant ordering and post-design advice as you bring the garden to life.

The initial enquiry link is easy to use and allows upload of garden pictures. A Zoom call to discuss design ideas and needs was arranged quickly.
I knew what I wanted from the garden but didn’t know how to explain it properly to the landscapers and was worried we wouldn’t make the most of the space. Our garden is very steep and lots of groundwork required.
Mirela understood my brief perfectly and provided us with a terrific design that incorporates everything we wanted our garden to do. The package allows for a number of redesigns, Mirela nailed it first time, it was exactly what I asked for. The design includes planting suitable for wherever you are in the country and lighting design, including where you can buy the lights. Great value for money and Mirela was fantastic.

Brilliant Service
Our garden designer Mirela was brilliant. She took on everything we asked for in our video call and came up with a brilliant design which is now almost complete and looks fantastic. The garden plan included cad design, materials, lighting plan, planting plan, etc. Can’t recommend the service highly enough. Very responsive to any changes we wanted and out of all the design services I went for on my house refurb I can say this one was the best.

My Forever Garden
Having redesigned my garden, I was looking for help in getting the the right plants to complete my design. This was the only company that offered different levels of support I wanted just planting ideas and best position for them to go
The process was easy to go through and having submitted the ideas that inspired me , a plan of the garden, existing plants I had that I wanted included -it was all sent to a designer Next I had a zoom call with the designer to talk about ideas and inspirations and answer further questions A week later the planting design arrived and I could comment on it and fine tune it if needed.
All so easy. Every member of the team I spoke to was so charming ,helpful and patient It was a big expenditure for me and I got support at every stage of the process
