A Modern Open-Plan Living Space Designed Across Kitchen, Dining and Living Areas

This open-plan project was delivered under our Deluxe Package for clients who had a clear vision for how they wanted to live in their home. Our design team translated their style, priorities and budget into a layout that connects the kitchen, dining and living areas as a single, coherent space rather than three rooms sharing a footprint.

The Kitchen

The kitchen was designed with both functionality and visual appeal in mind. Considered cabinetry, contemporary finishes and an ergonomic layout produce a space that performs well in daily use without sacrificing its role as the visual and social anchor of the open-plan scheme. The dining area sits as a natural extension, providing a setting for shared meals that flows directly from the kitchen without interruption.

The Living Area and 3D Visualisation

The living area continues the design language established in the kitchen and dining zones, with furnishings, lighting and décor selected to reinforce the cohesive narrative throughout. The Deluxe Package includes photorealistic 3D rendering, which gave the clients a clear and accurate picture of the finished space before any decisions were committed to. Seeing the design at that level of detail proved invaluable in building confidence in the outcome and ensuring the final result genuinely matched their expectations.
